Universal Kids Attendance Procedure

 
 

Arrival/Departure

There is a Parent Kiosk located at the front reception area upon entry of every U.K. facility. Each student is assigned a designated code during their enrollment process. The code provided must be used by parents or authorized guardians upon arrival and departure for each U.K student. This designated code system has been implemented to enhance the safety and security of all Universal Kids student. If the person picking up the child is not listed on the child’s emergency contact form, the parent must call an hour in advance with a working telephone number that the parent or guardian can be reached to verify the authorized pick-up person. All parents/guardians 18yrs or older are responsible for walking their child into Universal Kids C.C.L.C each day and signing them in/out. Please check the Pro-care app on a daily for your child’s daily report and any notices.

 


Late Pick Up

LATE PICK UP   A late pick up fee of $20.00 per child will be charged to the parent/ guardian every 15mins beginning at 6:01pm (Site1), 6:31pm(Site2) and 6:01pm (site 3) Every15 minutes your child(ren) remains at our facilities beyond your scheduled pick up as part of the agreement.  All children who are not picked up by 7:30PM will be accompanied by the local authorities and will be labeled as abandoned unless the staff at Universal Kids receive a telephone call from the parent/ guardian.

Are You planning to be Absent?

ABSENTS NOTIFICATION

A full week's tuition payment is required whether or not your child is present for the entire 5 business days. If your child is going to be late or absent, the parent is required to call the center BEFORE 9:00am that morning (Any lateness must be accompanied with a doctor’s note)
